It may have been Madonna’s 52nd birthday this week but she showed that she is certainly in no mood to slow things down. As well as a celebratory night out at Shoreditch House in London over the weekend, the pop princess then had a joint fancy dress bash with her son Rocco (who will be turning 10) on Monday night.
The theme for the fancy dress was revealed as kings and queens and the diva is said to have attended the party dressed as Anne Boleyn, the second wife of Henry VIII.
This is certainly an apt theme for the American pop star who has been at the top of the music industry for the past 30 years.
Madge showed she can still throw a good party with this royal engagement. The plan for the day was expected to include a top spread of food with jelly and ice cream for dessert.
The adults, lead by the queen of pop herself, ended the evening with a night out clubbing in London’s prestigious Mayfair.
