How long will it be before I receive my products?
All fancy dress orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail's first class service, all orders are dispatched same day provided they are received by 2.30-3pm - we also try and dispatch other orders after this time too dependant on how busy we are! Providing your goods are in stock you should receive your order within 1-3 days of dispatch.
We will notify you if there are likely to be any delays with the order and you will be given the option to cancel the order should you wish.
Europe/ World: These orders are sent via airsure, please allow 4-10 working days to receive the order.
Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery Required?
If you're in a hurry and require Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, we ask you to pay a little extra. Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or
Public Holidays. Your fancy dress costume order must be placed by 12pm in order to guarantee next day delivery.
Items sent by by Royal Mail special delivery are guaranteed by the Royal Mail the day after they are dispatched by us, provided that the Royal Mail is not experiencing any significant operational problems - such a postal or rail strike, or severe weather. In these circumstances it is possible that your order will not be delivered the next day, and should this occur the only compensation we can offer you for late delivery is a refund of the postage cost of your order - as in turn , this is the limit of compensation that we are entitled to from the Royal Mail.
Please note that delivery times to some of the Scottish Islands can take up to 2 working days from the date of dispatch.
BFPO Addresses : We can only send items via Royal Mail Business post to these addresses not special next day delivery sorry.
What happens if the recipient is out when the goods are delivered?
If the recipient is out when the Royal Mail / City Link courier tries to deliver your order, a card is put through the letter box which has 2 options on it:
Option 1: The recipient can call a number to ask them to attempt delivery the following day, which in the case of Friday delivery, this would be on the following Monday. Often the courier will attempt delivery the following day. The courier will only attempt delivery twice, failing that it has to be collected from their depot. If it is not collected it will be returned to us and a charge will be made as we have to pay City Link to return items. The charge is£7.95.
If you wish them to attempt a 3rd delivery there will be a charge of £7.95.
Option 2:Collection of the package from the nearest local sorting office/ City Link depot
We cannot be held responsible for any claims should the recipient be out, and/or the recipient does not exercise one of these 2 options immediately upon return.
We accept all orders subject to any National or Local restrictions which may apply to deliveries, at the time of delivery, also the effect of adverse weather conditions. Every effort will be made to complete deliveries but we cannot be responsible for restrictions out of our control. We will always contact you if we are made aware of any problems. A delivery address telephone number, is very important on all orders, especially for rural deliveries.
Courier Orders to Non UK Mainland/ the rest of the world
We use a number of couriers TNT , Fedex, DHL etc however they have different terms and conditions. Although we estimate a timed delivery date eg 4-6 days we cannot be held responsible for goods held up in customs or delays beyond are control.
